This page explains what happens to your information when you use the Stewardship Alignment Assessment. We’ve kept it short and plain.

Who we are
The Steward’s Reset is run by Craig Cooksey in the United States. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Name and email. Your first name and email, asked for before the questions.
- Email opt-in. Whether you ticked the box for occasional emails, and when.
- Top area. Your recommended focus area once your report is ready.
- Results, only if you send them. If you tick the consent box and press Send: your area scores and ranking, top areas, confidence level, completion date and any message you write.
- Feedback, only if you send it. Two ratings and an optional comment.
- Coaching applications. If you apply for personal coaching: your name, email, the area you chose and your written answers.
- Payment. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We don’t see or store your card number.
Your individual answers to the questions stay in your browser. We don’t receive them.
Why we collect it
- To give you access to the assessment and send you your results if you ask for a copy.
- To send occasional emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To follow up on results, feedback or an application you chose to send.
- To improve the assessment.
Where it’s stored
- Cloudflare. The website, and a private database (Cloudflare D1) that holds names, emails, opt-in status, top areas, results you send, feedback and coaching applications.
- Google. Gmail sends results emails you ask for.
- Stripe. Payments.
These services process data in the United States. Only The Steward’s Reset can open our records.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe from emails, we stop sending them and keep a record that you opted out.
No selling or sharing
We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only use the services listed above to run the site.
Cookies and browser storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The assessment saves your answers, progress and report in your browser’s local storage so you can stop and pick up later. It also saves a small note that you have access, and a reference to your contact record so your results link to it. Clearing your browser data removes all of this.
Your choices: access and deletion
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Refunds
Full refund, always. No questions asked. Email us and we’ll take care of it.

This is a coaching and reflection tool. It’s not therapy, medical care, crisis care or financial advice. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (in the US) or your local emergency number.
